SECTION 1 - SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING

SECTION 5 - LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Contact the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) for further information.

  • After Shipment: We cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit. If the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
