Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter

1¼ cups sugar

3 eggs

1½ cups flour

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

½ cup whole milk
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf or round cake pan.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, matcha, baking soda, and salt.

Add dry ingredients to the wet, alternating with milk.

Pour into pan and bake 40–45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
