Perfect Use for Culinary or Ceremonial Matcha
For a no-bake dessert that wows, this matcha cream pie is surprisingly simple and delightfully smooth. Great for summer parties or anytime you want to impress.
Ingredients (Crust):

1¼ cups crushed graham crackers

¼ cup melted butter

2 tbsp sugar
Filling:

2 cups milk

⅓ cup sugar

3 tbsp cornstarch
-
1 tbsp MatchAiA Matcha

Pinch of salt

1 egg yolk
-
1 tsp vanilla

Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:

Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill.

In a saucepan, whisk matcha, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and egg yolk.

Slowly whisk in milk. Cook over medium heat until thick (5–7 min).

Stir in vanilla. Cool slightly, then pour into crust.

Refrigerate 3–4 hours.
